Outpatient in Southgate, MI **Corewell Health is offering up to $10,000 sign on bonus for this opportunity!** **About the Unit** Corewell Health physical therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages that have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness. **Scope of Work:** The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PT’s provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards. **Standard Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. _Education / Training_ : * Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred. _Work Experience_ : * Written or verbal communication skills required. Word processing and computer skills required.
