5+ years Physical Security Operations Centre monitoring and incident response experience, Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management or Security Risk Analysis or above, Demonstrable experience in developing Concept of Operations and Standard Operating Procedure documentation
Nice to Have
Experience with physical security control and surveillance systems, Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent, Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes

Employ physical security strategies and procedures
Respond to physical security events
Administer physical access control
Monitor physical access control systems
Monitor contracted guard force
Handle alarm and incident response
Distribute program wide notifications
Manage internal and external email and phone communications
Triage trouble tickets
Handle incoming queries
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders
