T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Supervisor to lead and administer all aspects of physical security operations for a large-scale manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for protecting employees, visitors, facilities, intellectual property, and company assets through effective security leadership, investigations, emergency preparedness, access control administration, and incident response. The Physical Security Supervisor serves as the site's primary security administrator, overseeing day-to-day security operations, conducting internal investigations, managing badging and access control programs, and coordinating Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activities. This role requires exceptional judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to make sound decisions in dynamic and high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate brings a law enforcement, military, or corporate security background with demonstrated experience in tactical operations, investigations, critical incident management, and security program administration.
