Must Have
Minimum 5 years industrial security experience, Minimum 5 years physical security experience, Minimum 5 years facility security experience, Knowledge of NISPOM, Knowledge of DCSA requirements, Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, Knowledge of Department of Defense policies, Knowledge of special access program security, Knowledge of cybersecurity, Experience with access control systems, Experience with CCTV platforms, Experience with intrusion detection systems, Experience with visitor management tools, Draft, revise, and maintain security SOPs, Draft, revise, and maintain security policies, Draft, revise, and maintain compliance documentation, Familiarity with JIRA, Organizational skills, Ability to manage sensitive information, Ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to operate independently, Excellent oral communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Current, in-scope U. S. Secret clearance, TS/SCI eligibility, Ability to obtain and maintain U. S. Government security clearance
Nice to Have
Previous experience as an AFSO, Previous experience as an FSO, Previous experience as Physical Security Manager, Previous experience as ACPSO, Previous experience as CPSO, Completion of FSO Program Management curriculum, Ability to complete FSO Program Management curriculum within six months, COMSEC experience, Familiarity with Envoy Visitor Management System, Experience with DCSA Assessment & Authorization processes

Manage day-to-day physical security operations
Oversee guard services
Administer visitor management processes
Administer visitor screening processes
Monitor physical security systems
Maintain physical security systems
Coordinate maintenance for security systems
Coordinate upgrades for security systems
Conduct routine inspections of classified containers
Conduct routine inspections of restricted areas
Conduct routine inspections of access control points
Manage physical security service requests
Manage physical security incident reports
Support personnel security functions
Support industrial security functions
Assist FSO with NISPOM-mandated duties
Assist FSO with facility compliance activities
Assist FSO with audits
Assist FSO with internal assessments
Assist FSO with corrective action plans
Draft security policies
Revise security policies
Maintain security policies
Draft work instructions
Revise work instructions
Maintain work instructions
Draft emergency procedures
Revise emergency procedures
Maintain emergency procedures
Partner with internal stakeholders
Maintain version control
Ensure security documentation is current
Ensure security documentation is accurate
