S. citizenship, Bachelor’s degree in physical/occupational therapy, License as physical/occupational therapist in California, 5 years licensed as physical or occupational therapist, 2 years outpatient orthopedics experience, Experience with early intervention, Experience with occupational activity analysis, Experience performing ergonomic assessments, Experience developing training, procedures, or reports, Experience speaking to groups effectively, Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
Nice to Have
Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical or occupational therapy, Experience with robotic wearables, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP®), Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Equivalent BCPE certification
What You'll Do.
Provide physical rehabilitation services
Provide physical/occupational services to employees
Perform ergonomic assessments
Provide ergonomic and self-care support
Perform ergonomic risk assessments
Participate in case management meetings
Participate in development and delivery of presentations
Participate in development and delivery of trainings
Participate in development and delivery of educational handouts
Collaborate to identify ergonomic risk factors
Perform other duties as assigned
