What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS + 10 yrs or MS + 9 yrs in EE, CS, or related field, 8+ years in physical verification, 5+ years managing engineers or budgets, Expertise in Calibre, IC Validator, or PVS, Experience in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl, Experience building high-performing teams, Aligning cross-functional priorities

Nice to Have

Advanced-node expertise: 5nm, 4nm, or N4P experience, AWS/N4P designs experience, DFM & Reliability deep knowledge, IR drop, EM, ESD, and parametric yield analysis knowledge, Technical papers or presentations at DAC, ISSCC, or internal AWS forums

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end physical verification strategy

Define verification closure roadmap

Develop risk-mitigation plans

Standardize verification methodologies

Drive automation of runsets

Drive automation of reporting

Drive automation of debug flows

Lead a team of 3-5 Sr. PDV Engineers

Set goals for engineers

Conduct quarterly reviews

Perform career-pathing for engineers

Mentor junior engineers

Pilot next-gen verification technologies
