The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level when necessary. **Responsibilities :** * Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs. * Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment. * Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime. * Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs. * Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings. * Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health. * Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills. * Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational produ
