As a Photolithography Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible to tackle critical lithography scribe challenges for memory devices. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting work for the photolithography team. This includes modeling to support optical simulation related to scribe mark, provide mark design recommendations, identifying root causes for sophisticated problems, and providing simulation training for other photolithography engineers. You will also define and lead projects to address photolithography performance gaps on current and future memory and storage nodes. **Job Description** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Understand the technology challenges with respect to overlay and establish project plans to address them for the N, N+1, and N+2 nodes. * Work with vendor applications teams to find areas for overlay scribe improvement. * Drive technical innovation in your area of expertise as a recognized Micron expert in your field. * Standardize methods and procedures across area, department and/or FABs. * Define and lead sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects that are essential to Micron’s photolithography roadmap. Help to craft strategic decisions. * Work with process development engineers on issues and projects related to photolithography. * Summarize plans, progress to experimental work, and conclusions in the form of written reports. * Provide advice and counsel to senior management on technical issues related to overlay scribe. * Build strong customer relationships to understand customer expectations.
