Full Job Description

## Description The Temporary Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality product and brand photography that aligns with Crumbl’s visual standards. This role supports the Creative team by executing photo shoots, editing and delivering final assets, maintaining organization of photography files, and ensuring consistency across all imagery. The ideal candidate has experience in product photography, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is able to adapt quickly to established creative processes and brand guidelines. This temporary position provides additional photography support during periods of increased workload, special projects, or team coverage needs.   This temporary role is estimated to last 3 months and is part time, working 25 hours weekly.  ## Responsibilities Responsible for higher level projects, such as strategically planning and maintaining the photos A very strong understanding and ability to style, light, shoot, and edit. Advanced Lightroom and Photoshop skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently while producing a high level of quality. The ability to visualize the brand's current identity. Ensure the success of assigned projects under the direction of the Director of Photography. Studio space and file management: responsible for digital file organization, along with studio and equipment organization and maintenance. ## Qualifications 1+ years of related product photography experience. Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized, while working in a fast-paced role with quick turnaround. Prioritizing quality and consistency of work. Strong team player. Studio level understanding of lighting, styling / composition, and creating a high level result.
