This position requires the ability to troubleshoot, read specifications and a comprehensive understanding of the photolithography system to address unforeseen issues. Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess. **Role and Responsibilities** **Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:** * Install, troubleshoot and resolve high-level equipment problems. * Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). * Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals. * Log data accurately and promptly for all assignments. * Document and communicate all equipment activities for the shift during pass down. * Follow, generate, and maintain integrity of SOPs. * Work with equipment vendors, senior personnel, and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance. **Skills and Qualifications** **Here 's what you'll need:** * 2-year technical degree or equivalent. * Semiconductor/Electronics/Mechanical experience (3+ years experience in Photolithography Equipment Engineering Services). * ASML / Canon scanner or stepper tool experience. * Familiar with Clean Room Environment. * Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Positive attitude and work ethic. * Strong technical capability in both mechanical and electrical systems. * Flexibility and adaptability to work well within a team or independently under minimal supervision as conditions require. * Familiarity wi
