Responsibilities: * Inspect and judge reticles following standard operating procedures (SOP) or training knowledge. * Operate in the Fab and Photo area, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. * Successfully implement day and night shift rotations to support continuous production. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve any issues that may arise. * Proactively acquire and apply relevant knowledge to maintain outstanding performance. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results. * Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations. * Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. * Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality. Education and Experience: * Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience ; technical or vocational training is a plus. * Previous experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. * Demonstrated capability to learn and apply new skills quickly and effectively. * Experience working in a cleanroom environment is desirable but not mandatory.
