Your first 90 days will be focused on getting certified, building confidence across devices, and hitting repair benchmarks—all while working alongside a collaborative, supportive team.   If you love taking things apart, putting them back together better than before, and keeping up with the latest tech, this role is for you.     ## What You'll Do Review and diagnose customer devices, analyzing the performance to determine details of equipment problems Meet repair quality, volume, and turnaround time KPIs, especially during your first 90 days.
