Phoenix Service Technician Service Technician Our Phoenix Culligan dealership is actively seeking a Service Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential water treatment equipment. Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position. Successful completion of a DOT physical exam. Key Responsibilities: Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image. Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their need
