What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License, 1 or more years of experience as a phlebotomist, Able to pass a standardized color blindness test, Flexibility to work overtime as needed, Able to work in a fast paced / high volume work environment, Ability to work independently or in a team environment, Comfortable working under minimal supervision, Be at least 21 years old, Valid Driver’s License, Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Nice to Have
Associate's degree, 3 or more years’ phlebotomy experience working in clinical / hospital environment, 2 or more years' assisting all patient groups (pediatric - geriatric), 3 or more years' phlebotomy managerial or supervisory or team leader experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise a team of approximately 20-35 or more phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in Berkeley
