Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Assures quality, compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction across phlebotomy operations. -Responsible for implementing MGB-wide standards at the local level, including strategic initiatives. -Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless integration. -Leads departmental meetings, ensuring communication to staff and engagement in sharing goals and priorities. -Monitors employee performance and performance improvement, works with the Human Resources team on employee relations matters. -Prepares and monitors departmental operating and capital budgets, manages resources and equipment procurement. -Develops and implements policies and procedures for the phlebotomy department, maintains inspection readiness and compliance. _**Qualifications**_ Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
