Full Job Description

We are seeking a flexible Phlebotomist/Processor for a float position supporting multiple clinics throughout the Boise area. Candidates must have at least one year of phlebotomy experience and be comfortable floating to fast-paced, high-volume, and challenging clinic environments. Pediatric phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license is required, as travel between clinic locations is part of this role. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care and customer service. Pay: Starting at $18/hour, commensurate with experience Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, hours vary based on coverage needs Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision with In-Network must hear alarms to ensure timely response to safety needs. Regular handling of potentially infectious samples, with required protective gear (lab coat, gloves, goggles, face shield). Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, crawl, twist, and walk on uneven surfaces throughout the day. Frequent bending, extended standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as needed. OSHA Category: This role involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues, with Hepatitis-B vaccination offered to all performing these duties.
