What You'll Achieve.
The role is designed to provide vital information that helps clients and patients understand their health. Employees may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Industry & Context.
Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record with reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working under minimal supervision. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness test. In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED or equivalent. 2 years or more of clinical experience in a hospital or physician office/lab experience. 2 years or more of excellent customer service experience within healthcare.
Nice to Have
5 years or more of phlebotomy experience.
