Collect specimens for drug screens
Collect specimens for paternity tests
Collect specimens for alcohol tests
Perform data entry of patient information
Process billing information
Collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing
Prepare all collected specimens for analysis
Maintain patient logs
Maintain specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform administrative duties
Perform clerical duties
Travel to additional sites when needed

LabCorp is seeking a**Phlebotomist Float** to join our team in Fullerton, CA to include, but not limited to Fullerton and Brea, Yorba Linda, Manhattan Beach areas **Work Schedule:** Able to cover hours that vary Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed, including some Saturdays **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups * Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. * Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner * Process billing information and collect payments when required * Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis * Maintain patient and specimen information logs * Provide superior customer service to all patients * Administrative and clerical duties as necessary * Travel to additional sites when needed **Minimum Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED or equivalent * California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2 year or more of experience as phlebotomist * Current or Prior experience at LabCorp **Additional Job Standards:** * In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency * 1 year or more phlebotomist experiences with Geriatrics and Pediatric patients * Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English * Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service * Ability to work in fast paced / high volume work environments * Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. * Be at least 21 years of age * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Reliable transportation * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Exceptional custome
