Industry & Context.
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Communication both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation. Be at least 21 years’ old.
Nice to Have
1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
What You'll Do.
