LabCorp is seeking a**Phlebotomist Float** to join our team in Chino, CA to include, but not limited to Upland, Chino Rancho Riverside Jurupa Valley. areas **Work Schedule:** Able to cover hours that vary Monday - Friday 5:00 am – 6:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed, including weekends **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups * Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. * Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner * Process billing information and collect payments when required * Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis * Maintain patient and specimen information logs * Provide superior customer service to all patients * Administrative and clerical duties as necessary * Travel to additional sites when needed **Minimum Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED or equivalent * California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1 year or more of experience as phlebotomist * Current or Prior experience at LabCorp **Additional Job Standards:** * In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency * 1 year or more phlebotomist experiences with Geriatrics and Pediatric patients * Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English * Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service * Ability to work in fast paced / high volume work environments * Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. * Be at least 21 years of age * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Reliable transportation * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Exceptional customer service * S
