Critical thinking, being able to multi-task, and maintain accuracy during periods of frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment. Staff maybe required to work at all local Summit Health laboratory locations. **Essential Functions** * Perform phlebotomy procedures and specimen collection following the standards of practice while working within the boundaries of the phlebotomy scope of practice. * Follows established procedures for patient identification, specimen collection and labeling. * Meets all competency requirements and training time
