Must Have
High School diploma or GED, Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, Valid driver's license, Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience, Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary collection, Knowledge of medical terminology, Understanding of laboratory safety procedures
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in a related field, Experience with electronic health records (EHR), Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients, Additional certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid)
