Industry & Context.
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
Nice to Have
1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
