You will have the opportunity to ensure customers receive quality products on time, train on standard operating procedures, and lead/contribute to the problem resolution process, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. **Currently, this is an opportunity located in Indianapolis, IN.** As a part of the team, you will: * Maintain Build schedules and deliver completed work on time. * Examine MOs contents and compare with Shop traveller to verify accuracy. * Perform advanced warehouse processes including receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship, including less than truck load (LTL). * Put away or decant parts in the automated warehouse. * Manage cycle count for inventory accuracy * Conduct quality checks on products and parts and complete inventory control and research when needed. * Monitor work and ensure Delivery on Time – Packed (DOTp) is maintained. * Support the Problem Resolution Process (PRP). * Train on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Collaborate with other departments regarding any damages or discrepancies.
