Perform medication area inspections for quality assurance
Monitor inventory levels
Stock medication areas appropriately
Rotate stock effectively
Ensure proper storage requirements for medications
Employ courtesy and use constructive communication
Handle medication requests appropriately
Utilize effective service recovery techniques
Maintain patient confidentiality
Utilize medication delivery systems efficiently
Respond to urgent requests for medication delivery
