prepare the student for successfully obtaining the Michigan Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB Certification; make graduating students eligible for employment with Corewell Health Pharmacies

On-Site Program, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category

Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 10-week consecutive On-Site Program scheduled to start 7/13/2026 and end 9/18/2026, Shifts will be approximately 8-Hour Shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.

What You'll Do.
Medication Order fulfillment (i. e.
Works under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in prepackaging medication for dispensing
Assists the Pharmacist in final checking of filled prescriptions
which may include staging the medication for Pharmacist final review and/or packaging of medication after Pharmacist final review
Coordinating and staging items for delivery for an accurate and timely delivery to the customer
Works with Technician Supervisor in maintaining a clean
safe work environment
checking equipment for calibration
Maintains proper storage and security conditions for drugs
Mix pharmaceutical preparations
according to written prescriptions
Assists with special projects as needed
Complies with all laws
and standards of ethical conduct
Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach
Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities
Complies with all company policies
