The Pharmacy Technician-Medication Reconciliation obtains an accurate medication history from the patient, medical record, physician office or pharmacy and enters it into the historic medication module. They work only under the supervision of a provider, registered nurse, or registered pharmacist. These activities are performed within the context of established policies, procedures and techniques of Enloe Medical Center, the Enloe Medical Center Pharmacy, and federal and state standards and regulations. The Pharmacy Technician supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center. Weekend and holiday coverage for this position will be rotated amongst all Med Reconciliation Techs. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: _Minimum:_ * Two years of retail pharmacy technician experience OR one year of hospital pharmacy medication reconciliation experience * Computer experience with pharmacy programs and with Windows LICENSE / CERTIFICATION: _Minimum:_ * Currently licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing by the State of California SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with health-system staff, pharmacy st
