Constant prolonged periods of sitting or standing, move about to accomplish tasks, moving from one worksite to another, Constant movement in different positions, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, adjusting or moving objects up to 4lbs, Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and /or fingers, Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds, occasional medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds, Constant noisy environment, possible hazardous conditions, Exposure to high and low temperatures, Small and/or enclosed spaces

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure required

Nice to Have

some college preferred with an aptitude for mathematical calculation, Retail pharmacy and/or infusion pharmacy, claim reconciliation or accounting background helpful

What You'll Do.

Dispense and compound medications

Provide quality patient care

enter and interpret physician orders

Compound complex sterile products

Follow departmental procedures

Input customer and prescription data

Create prescription labels

Retrieve medication for dispensing

Prepare Compounded Sterile Products

Handle pharmaceuticals

Handle telephone inquiries

Assist in resolving issues

Enter customer purchases

Enter physician orders

Check patient profiles

Charge and credit patients

Maintain drug inventories

Accept telephone prescriptions

Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions

Team & Collaboration
