You will have real involvement in the quality and accuracy of care delivered, working alongside pharmacists and clinicians to ensure every patient receives the standard of treatment they deserve.   What you will be doing: - Support Clinical Pharmacists by reviewing prescription requests and associated patient documentation prior to prescribing and dispensing. - Assess patient records and supporting documentation to ensure eligibility for treatment in line with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. - Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate queries appropriately to the Clinical Pharmacist team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and prescription records within internal systems. - Work collaboratively with pharmacists, clinicians, and patient support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience. - Respond to internal queries relating to prescription processing and documentation requirements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and quality assurance procedures. - Support onboarding and training of junior team members where required. - Engage in ongoing professional development and remain up to date with relevant pharmacy regulations and best practice guidance.   What you will need: - Hold a Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification). - Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician. - Has previous experience working in a pharmacy, primary care, or wider healthcare setting. - Possess a strong understanding
