What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Current, valid Pharmacy Technician license, Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy, Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Nice to Have
Graduation from a pharmacy technician training program, National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB), Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy software
What You'll Do.
Perform pharmacy technical and clerical duties
and stage prescriptions
Generate and process batches for prescription preparation
Enter and maintain accurate prescription data
Enter and maintain accurate inventory data
Enter and maintain accurate shipment data
Coordinate with intake and billing teams
Communicate shipment details with field staff
and document deliveries
Monitor outbound shipments
File documentation accurately
Perform and document quality assurance activities
Maintain clean pharmacy workspaces
Maintain organized pharmacy workspaces
Maintain compliant pharmacy workspaces
Manage inventory levels
Manage inventory rotation
Manage inventory returns
Participate in training
Participate in quality meetings
Participate in continuing education
