Schedule and complies with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Complies with HIPAA Privacy Rule, and maintains strict confidentiality of patient, client and employee information. Prepares and generates batches for preparation of prescriptions. Prepares prescriptions and enters into CPR+ pharmacy software system for Pharmacist verification including delivery addresses, FedEx tracking numbers, changes in patient health status and communications to Pharmacist. Accurately enters new product and supply inventory into CPR+ and maintains appropriate drug and supply inventory levels. Generates labels, picks, and packages prepackaged and unit dose drugs in accordance with dispensing order (pick-list). Maintains patient files with current prescriptions Ensures all pending orders are approved by communicating with the billing department prior to shipment to assure insurance clearance prior to shipment date (prior authorization) Notifies pharmacist of new prescriptions for subsequent patient orders Works with intake coordinator to schedule shipment of drugs, pumps and supplies Communicates with field staff and managers on shipment details: items shipped, delivery address, shipment date Processes reorders in CPR+ according to RCC/PCS Order Request Forms Accepts product and supply deliveries, unpacks, verifies accuracy of order and for
