What You'll Do.
Schedule and comply with laws
Maintain strict confidentiality
Prepare and generate batches for prescription preparation
Prepare prescriptions and enter into CPR+ system
Enter new product and supply inventory into CPR+
Maintain appropriate drug and supply inventory levels
Maintain patient files with current prescriptions
Ensure all pending orders are approved by billing
Notify pharmacist of new prescriptions
Work with intake coordinator to schedule shipment
Communicate shipment details to field staff
Process reorders in CPR+
Accept product and supply deliveries
Verify accuracy of order
Forward packing information to accounts payable
Monitor FedEx shipments
Confirm fax delivery tickets into system
File delivery tickets
order forms and prescriptions
Perform and record quality assurance activities
ancillaries and supplies inventory levels
Rotate stock and utilize return process
Ensure pharmacy area is clean and maintained
Improve understanding of bleeding disorders
Stay current on legislative changes
Stay current on insurance coverages
Disseminate information to employees
Provide input at QMC meetings
Maintain professional growth and development
Attend continuing education programs
Maintain current knowledge of government regulations
Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices
Provide relevant updates to staff members
