What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, At least 16 years of age (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement), High school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement), State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
Nice to Have
1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting, Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly
Ensure patients' prescriptions are filled promptly
Provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations
Operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of SOPs
Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care
Complete basic inventory activities
Contribute to a high-performing team
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs
Comply with all relevant federal
Comply with CVS policies and procedures
Deliver additional patient health care services
Support immunizations
Prepare and administer vaccines
Educate patients about the importance of vaccines
Monitor for and respond to adverse reporting events
Review and collect patient tracking and documenting
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies
