What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Registration with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals, Familiarity with a large number (1000-2000) of medications, Attention to detail/accuracy, Customer service oriented, Knowledge and use of general office equipment and procedures, including computer/keyboard, Ability to solve simple mathematical and logistical problems, Ability to effectively budget time, work efficiently and accurately, and follow procedures with minimum supervision

Nice to Have

Previous pharmacy work experience, Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Certification relevant to work area

What You'll Do.

Prepare non-sterile compounds and package medications

Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the department

Handle medication charges

and manage financial transactions

and ensure regulatory compliance

and return manages inventory using PAR levels

Deliver medications and supplies to various locations
