Will actively participate in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives to improve pharmaceutical services and standards of patient care. Promotes department's delivery of pharmaceutical care with the primary focus on patient outcome. This is a pharmacy practice residency position with work rotations scheduled with the clinical staff pharmacists and pharmacist specialists (MHS). Work situations are varied requiring a strong pharmaceutical knowledge base, organization, problem solving, decision making, data analysis, and leadership. Internal contacts include all levels of staff and management.
