What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or production management, Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-intensive production workflows, Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, Proficiency in data analysis, Comfortable working with KPIs and operational metrics, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in a pharmacy, pharmaceutical production, or regulated healthcare environment, Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing systems, Familiarity with prescription workflows, Familiarity with medication management, Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT), Knowledge of pharmacy operations
What You'll Do.
Manage monthly production of ~500 home and travel
and continuously improve standard operating procedures
Monitor production workflows
Oversee inventory management
Coordinate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
and evaluate production team staff
workload distribution
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training
Foster a culture of accuracy
Maintain accurate records for prescription dispensing
Conduct quality control checks
Investigate and resolve errors or member complaints
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide regular updates to pharmacy leadership
Collaborate with clinical and member services teams
Lead capacity planning efforts
