We are hiring for a **Pharmacy Manager** at our **brand-new pharmacy locations in Vernon and Kamloops, BC, opening soon!** This is a rare opportunity to build your pharmacy workplace from the ground up. **These positions are eligible for a signing bonus and moving allowance for the successful candidate.** **You will be responsible for:** * Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. * Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations. * Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners. * Inventory management. * Team member scheduling, training, and management. * Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs. * Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans. * Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution. * Practicing at full scope. **You Have:** * A Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists. * Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program. * Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP). * Your Injection Certification. * Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience. **Here are some of the perks we have to offer:** * Signing bonus and mov
