We are hiring for a **Pharmacy Manager** at our**** location in **Prince Rupert, BC**. **You will be responsible for:** * Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. * Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations. * Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners. * Inventory management. * Team member scheduling, training, and management. * Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs. * Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans. * Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution. * Practicing at full scope. **You Have:** * A Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists. * Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program. * Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP). * Your Injection Certification. * Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience. **Here are some of the perks we have to offer:** * Flexible benefits plan. * Company-funded pension plan. * Eligibility for moving expenses for certain locations. * Eligibility for signing bonus for certain locations. * Get paid every Friday! * Eligibility for license reimbursements. * Conti
