We are hiring for a **Pharmacy Manager** at our **Richmond Square** location in **Calgary, AB**. **You will be responsible for:** * Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. * Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations. * Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners. * Inventory management. * Team member scheduling, training, and management. * Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs. * Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans. * Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution. * Completing all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province. * Following and enforcing Save-On-Foods’ SOPs. * Communicating with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow. **You Have:** * A Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists. * Pharmacy management experience OR minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist. * Fluent with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures. * Your Injection Certification. **Here are some of the perks we have to offer:** * Flexible benefits plan. * Company-funded pension plan. * Get paid every Friday! * Eligibility for license reimbursements. * Continuing education reimburs
