What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Doctorate or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Active/Good Standing Pharmacist license, Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with process improvement, Experience with Lean techniques, 1 year Staff Pharmacist experience

Nice to Have

2+ years direct management experience, Experience with full staffing lifecycle, Ability to handle changing priorities, Demonstrated ability to develop others, Entrepreneurial in mind, Analytical thinker, Project management skills, Attention to detail, Ability to influence others, Exceptional organizational skills, Interest in long-term career development

What You'll Do.

Oversee pharmacy site operations

Ensure site customer experience

Manage site budgetary objectives

Coach technicians and pharmacists

Mentor technicians and pharmacists

Meet performance objectives

Build positive employee relations

Build leadership bench strength

Manage prescription fulfillment process

Fill orders for shipment

Verify orders for shipment

Pack orders for shipment

Perform pharmacist verifications

Manage daily operations

Evaluate physician medication orders

Make recommendations for therapy changes

Set requirements for employees

Clarify expectations for employees

Measure employee performance

Provide employee feedback

Educate staff on policies

Educate staff on reporting guidelines

Drive creation of quality initiatives

Drive process change initiatives

Drive Lean initiatives

Delegate across leadership team
