Must Have
Doctorate or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Active/Good Standing Pharmacist license in NY, Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with process improvement, Experience with Lean techniques, 1 year Staff Pharmacist experience within Amazon Pharmacy
Nice to Have
2+ years direct management experience, Experience with full staffing lifecycle, Ability to handle changing priorities, Demonstrated ability to develop others, Interest in long-term career development

Oversee pharmacy site operations
Ensure safety and quality
Manage customer experience
Meet budgetary objectives
Coach and mentor team
Ensure performance objectives met
Build positive employee relations
Build leadership bench strength
Manage prescription fulfillment process
Fill orders for shipment
Verify orders for shipment
Pack orders for shipment
Perform pharmacist verifications
Manage daily operations
Evaluate physician medication orders
Recommend therapy changes
Set and clarify requirements
Measure employee performance
Provide feedback to employees
Hold team to high bar
Educate staff on policies
Drive quality initiatives
Drive process change initiatives
Drive Lean initiatives
Delegate across leadership team
Stay informed on laws
Adhere to pharmacy laws
Coordinate with legal team
Maintain pharmacy licensure
Monitor licensure requirements
Align policies with bodies
Partner for workforce needs
Develop new processes
Maintain customer profile
Other duties as assigned
