What You'll Do.
Greet and communicate with patients
Provide ready-to-pick-up medications
Schedule follow up appointments
Assist with packaging medication orders
Process medication orders for delivery
Obtain documentations
File paperwork as directed
Record all clinical services
Maintain up to date records
Record telephone communications
Record clinical communications
Maintain accurate insurance information
Complete CCARs/DACODs
Complete clinical authorization documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
