CVS health has an exciting new opportunity for a Pharmacy Intern on our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy team in Aurora, CO. The team specializes in MS, Oncology, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases. As part of the team, you will you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies and channels.In order to be successful in this position you must be able to lift and ship prescriptions up to 50 lbs. You will be essential to ensuring medication has been filled correctly and be responsible for accurately entering prescription information as needed. You will also be asked to contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, perform refill reminder calls, accurately fill medication orders, prepare orders for delivery, packing/shipping medication orders via various carriers for final delivery to the patient, maintaining adequate inventory, managing inventory functions, and helping walk-in customers.. Store hours are Monday through Friday between 8am – 6pm. This is an onsite position in Aurora, CO.
