Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy, High school diploma or GED, At least 18 years old, Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Digital experience with Kroll strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Register patients accurately
Create and maintain patient profiles
Input prescription history
Ship prescription medications
Respond to doctor inquiries
Respond to patient inquiries
Escalate clinical questions to pharmacist
Manage pharmacy inventory
Coordinate medication orders with wholesalers
Coordinate medication orders with manufacturers
Ensure accurate documentation
Uphold pharmacy data integrity
Follow safety procedures
Contribute to clean work environment
