Lead team for ICSR management

Ensure adequate distribution of tasks

Oversee workflow process

Exert activities for effective cooperation with clients

Provide support to other activities

Line manage assigned ICSR staff

Create project specific KPIs

Optimize other actions

Propose process changes

Manage ICSR deviations

Review timesheet data

Ensure accuracy of data

Involved in ICSR processing

Perform 2nd QC of cases

Operate as assigned team SME
