What You'll Do.
Lead team responsible for ICSR management
Ensure adequate distribution of tasks
Oversee workflow process
Assure effective cooperation with clients
Provide support to project team activities
Line manage assigned ICSR staff
Create and maintain project specific KPIs
Increase ICSR team efficiency
Propose process changes
Manage ICSR deviations
Review timesheet data
Ensure accuracy of data
Perform 2nd QC of cases
Operate as assigned team SME
