Optimize patient care

Oversee pharmacy technicians

Process prescriptions

Conduct prospective drug review

Review and assess medication prescriptions

Ensure accurate and efficient compounding and dispensing

cost-effective medication therapies

Resolve emergent issues

Provide drug information

Document interventions and outcomes

Collaborate with healthcare team

Assist in department management

Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians

Train pharmacists and technicians

Oversee daily inventory maintenance purchases

Assure controlled substances compliance

Contribute to department operations

Maintain clean work environment

Participate in performance improvement

Participate in regulatory compliance

Foster an environment of safety

delegate nightly activities

Resolve medication related problems

Troubleshoot information technology problems

Troubleshoot computer problems

Troubleshoot automation problems

Address perioperative medication-related issues

Address post-transplant medication-related issues

Educate transplant recipients and families

Advocate for transplant recipients and families

Assist with discharge planning

Communicate medication concerns

Assist with care plan design

Assist with care plan implementation

Assist with care plan monitoring

Perform other duties as assigned
