ENL Pharmacy RXAMB EOP Compensation range: $71.36 - $96.33 Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience Shift: Varied Days off: Variable Hours per pay period: 24 Shift length: 10 Hours Enloe Health is a Level II Trauma Center located in beautiful Northern California. POSITION SUMMARY: The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing the clinical judgment, professional knowledge, and distribution skills in the Pharmacy Department to assure that patients receive pharmaceutical care which is consistent with the mission of the department and the hospital. The Staff Pharmacist identifies, resolves, and prevents drug-related problems. These activities are performed within the context of established policies, procedures and techniques of Enloe Medical Center, the Enloe Medical Center Pharmacy, and federal and state standards and regulations. The Staff Pharmacist supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Pharmacy Department. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: _Desired_ : * One year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting * Computer experience with pharmacy programs and with Windows * Demonstrated application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment LICENSE / CERTIFICATION: _Minimum:_ * Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in good standing by the State of California SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
