This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care. **Responsibilities** * You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions * You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records * You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work * You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services * You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service **Requirements** * Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred * Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington * Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other) **About Valley Hospital** MultiCare Valley Hospital is a 123-bed, fully accredited acute-care hospital in Spokane Valley, featuring a Level III Trauma Center, comprehensive surgical, inpatient, outpatient and diagnostic services, and advanced cardiac care.
