What You'll Do.
Compound prescribed drugs
Provide drug information
Verify accuracy of completed medication reviews
Perform patient drug audits
Screen and prioritize incoming orders
Consult with physicians
Assist customers and long-term care places orders
Supervise sterile and non-sterile production
Perform quality control audits
Receive and store pharmaceutical inventories
Oversee maintenance of pharmaceutical inventories
Coordinate activities and personnel
Oversee work performed by technicians
Assist with orientation of new associates
Conduct in-service training
Participate in continuing education activities
Comply with HIPAA policies
Maintain strict confidentiality
Attend staff in-services and training
Promote image and reputation of the System
Contribute to committees and workgroups
Manage project management efforts
Perform other duties as necessary
